Getting started

Run /plugin install cockroachdb@claude-plugins-official
Self-hosted: install MCP Toolbox (brew install mcp-toolbox) and set COCKROACHDB_HOST and related env vars
CockroachDB Cloud: run /mcp, select cockroachdb-cloud and sign in
Disable the server you don't use in /mcp
