Getting started

If you already registered the Datadog MCP server separately, disable or remove it first
Run /plugin install datadog@claude-plugins-official
Connect your Datadog account and pick the right MCP domain when guided, or run /ddsetup
Ask about your Datadog data; if it stops connecting, run /ddconfig

Before you install

Requires a Datadog account and Claude Code v2.1.30+; the plugin is in preview. Auth is browser OAuth by default, or DD_API_KEY and DD_APPLICATION_KEY.
